Gaia Herbs (folding cartons)
Gaia Herbs has been a BPSG brand partner for over a decade.
BPSG works directly with their team to create visually appealing and environmentally friendly labels and cartons. Through utilizing 100% recycled board stock and soy-based inks, we are able to support Gaia’s commitment to sustainability.

Earthy Now (pouches)
Earthy Select came to us to update the packaging for their CBD gummies.
They were initially using glass jars, which led to higher shipping prices and breakage and restricted the amount of product that could be sold per unit.
We worked with them to transition their glass jars to pouches. The result was packaging that allowed more flexibility with their gummy product lines and drastically reduced the shipping price—furthermore, moving to pouches eliminated breakage. The pouches were also more user-friendly and were designed with child-resistant zippers for added safety.

Hemptron (POP display)
In 2022, we were approached by Hemptron to develop a point-of-purchase display carton for their CBD pouches.
Our packaging design team worked with Hemptron to create a structure that could hold their pouches upright and be easily converted into a shelf display piece.
Hemptron sells premium hemp flowers and selectively sourced goods. They are based in Asheville, NC.
Earthy Now (Labels)
Earthy Now came to us with their labels for CBD oil.
We were able to meet their needs for short-run production for all of their SKUs. Their custom-sized roll labels are a colorful addition to their product packaging and have the added appeal of a matte laminate finish.
